Drone Surveys services Project Overview

In this project, Lead Structural Ltd. has been appointed by SNRG to carry out a roof condition assessment for the roof at The Dragon Studios, Pencoed, Bridgend which is a Commercial Hotel. The scope of the services pertained in this document is a detailed assessment of the roof condition of the building within the site boundary to ascertain suitability in relation of the installation of PV Panels. A Drone survey for the site has been carried out with the help of qualified structural inspectors and a full site aerial reconnaissance has taken place using a 4K capable Quadcopter drone has been deployed and flown over the building at various heights to capture a series of images.
