The Project entailed the creation of comprehensive architectural drawings for a brand specializing in bubble tea. The project aims to design an inviting and functional space that reflects the brand’s identity while providing an optimal environment for customers to enjoy their bubble tea. The scope included site analysis, concept development, space planning, material selection, construction documentation, permitting assistance, and construction administration. Deliverables included conceptual design presentations, design development packages, construction drawings, permitting documentation, and construction administration support.
