LEAD STRUCTURAL PROJECT OVERVIEW

Lead Structural Ltd. has been engaged by SNRG to conduct a comprehensive roof condition assessment for the five warehouses located at Bowman & Sons agricultural site in Turnbridge Wells, Kent, TN3 9AA. The objective of this assessment is to evaluate the suitability of the roofs for the installation of Photovoltaic (PV) Panels. Our team conducted thorough evaluations, encompassing both roof condition assessment and structural condition assessment, adhering to Eurocodes for structural analysis. In this assessment, advanced technology in the form of a quadrotor drone equipped with 4K photography capabilities has been utilized for detailed roof inspections with the help of qualified structural inspectors that prioritize safety and compliance with industry standards.
